How Drop-Off Catering Works
Ordering takes one conversation: tell us your date, delivery address, headcount, and the restaurants you're craving, and we'll confirm a menu and a delivery window in writing. On the day, our driver arrives inside that window, carries everything in, and arranges your spread — hot items in ready-to-serve pans, cold items chilled, serving utensils and labels included — on your table, counter, or buffet line. Then we get out of your way. When the event's over, disposal is as easy as the setup; there's no equipment of ours to babysit or return.
Boxed meals work the same way, just individually packed — a complete meal in every box, labeled and easy to hand out at meetings, on job sites, on the team bus, or anywhere a buffet line doesn't fit. For groups with mixed tastes, mix the boxes: sliders for some, tacos for others, one delivery for all.

What's the minimum order for drop-off catering?+
Drop-off orders typically start at 10 guests. Boxed lunches and party trays scale easily from a small team lunch to hundreds of meals — same kitchens, same quality at every size.
Does drop-off catering include setup?+
We arrange your buffet or boxed meals ready to serve, with utensils and labels, before we leave. You handle the serving — or upgrade to full service and we'll staff it.
How does the food stay hot until we serve it?+
Hot items travel in insulated carriers and arrive in ready-to-serve pans designed to hold temperature through your meal window. We'll also time your delivery close to serving time — tell us when you plan to eat and we'll work backward from there.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?+
Serving utensils and labels are always included, and we can add plates, napkins, and flatware to your order on request — just mention it when you get your quote so nothing's missing at go time.
How much notice do you need for a lunch delivery?+
